House committee to vote on China investment and in-licensing restrictions

Starting Monday, the House Rules Committee will vote on proposals to add biotechnology to an outbound investment screening regime, enhance pharmaceutical supply chain security, and create a national biotechnology strategy. The proposals are among over 1,100 amendments to the 2027 National Defense Authorization Act that have been submitted to the Rules Committee.
