Rhythm builds case for Phase III in Prader-Willi

Rhythm is looking toward Phase III development in Prader-Willi syndrome after exploratory Phase II data for MC4R agonist Imcivree showed improvements across weight, body composition, hyperphagia, and behavioral measures. The week also brought clinical setbacks for Elicio and Neumora, with the former company reassessing its pancreatic cancer strategy and the latter abandoning its depression program.
