Novartis taps Orionis for second molecular glue tie-up: Deals Report

Last week’s announcement that GSK plc (LSE:GSK; NYSE:GSK) is buying Nuvalent Inc. (NASDAQ:NUVL) for $10.6 billion overshadowed the smaller agreements that emerged over the past several days.
