Big week for biotech M&A brings seven transactions: Deals Report

The past week saw acqusition announcements for at least seven biotechs, including three takeout offers over $1 billion. The first five weeks of 2Q26 have now brought nine M&A deals with a total value of at least $1 billion, bringing the 1H26 tally so far to 19.
