Structure hires Metsera alum Lang as COO, general counsel

Structure Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:GPCR) has hired Matthew Lang as chief operating officer and general counsel. Lang joins the obesity company from Metsera Inc. five months after that obesity company’s high profile acquisition by Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) for $10 billion. Lang was chief legal officer at Metsera.

Also adding a COO was  Evotec SE (Xetra:EVT; NASDAQ:EVO), which hired Ingrid Müller to the role. She was VP of portfolio strategy & execution at CureVac N.V., which was acquired by  BioNTech SE (NASDAQ:BNTX)...
