Cai succeeding Zhang as head of CSPC

Lei Cai is replacing Cuilong Zhang as vice chairman and CEO of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. (HKEX:1093). The company, one of China’s most prolific dealmakers, also said that Qingjei Wei has been named vice chairman and COO.
