Former Intercept CEO Durso succeeding Garg as Altimmune CEO 

Vipin Garg will step down as president and CEO of Altimmune Inc. (NASDAQ:ALT) on Jan. 1 after seven years leading the liver and metabolic disease company. Jerry Durso, who was previously CEO of Intercept Pharmaceuticals Inc., will take on Garg’s roles while remaining chairman.
