Michelle Chen named CEO of gene therapy play Form Bio

Michelle Chen became president, CEO and a director of adeno-associated viral (AAV) gene therapy company Form Bio Inc. She succeeds co-founders Andrew Busey, CEO, and President and COO Kent Wakeford, who have led the Texas-based biotech since its 2022 spinout from Colossal Biosciences, the de-extinction company co-founded by George Church and Ben Lamm. Busey and Wakeford will be strategic advisers and executive chairs of the company.
