Prasad returns to CBER

Vinay Prasad has returned to FDA to again lead the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research after a brief hiatus.

Julie Tierney announced Thursday that she has joined Leavitt Partners, a healthcare policy and market consulting firm, as a principal.
