Wyman joins Scholar Rock

Scholar Rock Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:SRRK) hired Lisa Wyman as chief technical and quality officer and announced that COO and CFO Ted Myles will become a senior adviser to the company for six months from mid-March when the COO position will be eliminated. Scholar Rock said it’s searching for a new CFO, and that the changes are part of its transition to a commercial company following its submission to FDA of a BLA for apitegromab to treat spinal muscular atrophy. Wyman was chief technical operations officer at Generate Biomedicines Inc. 

Also on the cusp of a product launch is  Alumis Inc. (NASDAQ:ALMS), which hired Jack Danilkowicz to oversee the commercial strategy and operations for its late-stage TYK2 inhibitor pipeline as chief commercial officer. Alumis also promoted Sara Klein to chief legal officer from general counsel, succeeding Roy Hardiman who becomes chief business and strategy officer. Danilkowicz was an SVP at Amgen Inc.
