How Dyne’s early data compare with closest competitors in DMD, DM1

Biomarker data from Dyne suggest its exon-skipping therapies are off to a strong start in Duchenne muscular dystrophy and myotonic dystrophy — hinting that DYNE-251 may outperform standard of care for DMD patients amenable to exon 51 skipping, while DYNE-101 may perform similarly to its closest clinical competitor in myotonic dystrophy type I (DM1).
