Lanthaler leaving Evotec as CEO

Evotec SE (Xetra:EVT; NASDAQ:EVO) announced the departure of CEO Werner Lanthaler, who resigned his position for personal reasons. Evotec named Mario Polywka, a former COO and current supervisory board member, as interim CEO. Lanthaler became Evotec’s CEO in 2009 and played an active role in helping the company recover from a cyberattack last year.
Morphic Holding Inc. (NASDAQ:MORF) CEO Praveen Tipirneni is back at work, having returned from a temporary medical leave of absence that began last September. President Bruce Rogers and CFO and COO Marc Schegerin managed Morphic’s day-to-day operations whilst Tipirneni was away. ...
