Steve Pearson stepping down as ICER president: an exit interview

The controversial organization’s founder says ICER helps correct dysfunctional markets

Steve Pearson, one of the most controversial voices in the biopharma ecosystem, announced Wednesday that he’s stepping down at the end of the year as president of ICER. Sarah K. Emond, ICER’s EVP and COO, will replace Pearson. He will continue to serve as an adviser to the organization through the end of 2024.
