Bill Meury to lead Karuna

Bill Meury will become president and CEO at Karuna Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:KRTX), a psychiatric and neurological disorders company, on Jan. 3, 2023. Meury succeeds Steve Paul, who will transition to president of R&D and CSO while remaining on the board. Meury was partner at Hildered Capital Management, before which he was EVP and chief commercial officer of Allergan Inc. Additionally, Christopher Coughlin, Karuna’s lead independent director, will become chair.
