Gasal to be CMO at Anaveon

Syncona’s Anaveon AG hired Eduard Gasal as CMO. Gasal was president at the U.S. subsidiary of Innovent Biologics Inc. (HKEX:1801), and executive director and global program clinical head at Novartis AG (SIX:NOVN; NYSE:NVS). Anaveon spun out of the University of Zurich in 2017 to develop biologic IL-2 receptor agonists.
