High-profile departures at Sage, bluebird as Cloonan, Davidson depart; plus CBC Group, Turning Point, Agilent, Intercept, Centessa, Beam and more

Mike Cloonan will depart Sage Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SAGE) as COO May 3 to pursue a CEO post in biopharma. The news comes after Barry Greene took Sage’s top spot in December. The company will not seek to immediately fill the position, with Greene assuming Cloonan’s duties.
