CompuMed deal

CMPD acquired an option from MGB Nutraceuticals Inc. for the rights to a grouping of enzymes that the company said removes alcohol from the bloodstream. The company said that the product, Detoxahol, is being developed at a university that it declined to name until the agreement is executed.

MGB, which established the original relationship with the university, will receive a royalty fee and CMPD stock, the amount of the latter to be based on the stock's performance. MGB could become a majority shareholder of CMPD under the agreement. ...
