At the Conference on Radioimmunodetection and Radioimmunotherapy of Cancer in Princeton, IMMU said that patients with the relatively rare thyroid cancer had relatively high uptake of the radiolabelled CEA antibody.
Tumor targeting was obtained in 18 of 20 patients. Eleven patients received therapeutic doses. Of eight evaluable patients, four had anti-tumor effects lasting up to 10 months, based on physical exam, tumor markers, CT, or documented by a follow-up monoclonal antibody scan. ...
