Dura deal

DURA (San Diego) and Dura Delivery Systems Inc. signed a license and supply agreement with Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. for DURA's Dryhaler dry powder inhaler drug delivery system.

Dura Delivery will license to Mitsubishi the marketing rights to the Dryhaler for use with an inhaled asthma drug in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, the Republic of Korea and China.
