CNTO will not have to alter its plans for ongoing and future clinical trials of ReoPro (formerly CentoRX) in order to respond to an FDA advisory panel's concerns about weight-adjusted heparin dosing, the Malvern, Penn., company told BioCentury.
The ongoing PROLOG trial in 100 patients is determining what levels of weight-adjusted doses of heparin should be studied in the upcoming EPILOG trial. The 2,100-patient EPILOG trial is scheduled to start in August, CNTO said. ...
