Cor deal

Each company will provide a specified level of internal resources to the joint research program over an initial three-year period. If products result, Ortho will make development milestone payments to CORR.

CORR and Ortho may share equally in the costs of developing products under the agreement, participate in the commercialization of co-developed products, and share equally in worldwide profits or losses from co-developed products.
