UNVX said arbitrators unanimously found in favor of the company in its dispute with Alpha Therapeutic Corp. over their license and distribution agreement to develop a program for the prevention and treatment of sepsis.

The arbitrators said UNVX did not wrongfully induce Alpha to enter into the Nov. 16, 1990 agreement, did not breach the agreement and did not wrongfully terminate the agreement.
