Gull will manufacture and distribute MABXA's Thrombus Precursor Protein ( TpP) assay in various automated formats, including Gull's recently launched DUET instrument. The test measures blood levels of soluble fibrin polymer, the immediate precursor to a blood clot.

MABXA will sell antibodies and reagents to Gull, and will receive royalties on Gull sales. MABXA also may sell the products of the alliance directly or through its own distributors. ...
