ChemGenes, PerSeptive, Millipore enabling technology news

PBIO said the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts filed a consent judgment enjoining ChemGenes from the unauthorized manufacture, use or sale of products covered by PBIO's U.S. Reissue Patent No. 34,069 (originally U.S. Patent No. 4,725,677) related to nucleotide synthons used in DNA synthesis.
The judgement also confirmed PBIO's ownership and the validity and enforceability of the patent. PBIO said ChemGenes agreed to pay undisclosed damages, including double-digit royalties. ...
