Cytogen, Elan deal

The companies will combine CYTO’s Genetic Diversity Library (GDL) technology with ELN’s drug delivery system. ELN will fund the project, with a first year commitment estimated at $3 million, and will have an option for a worldwide license to products developed in the collaboration.
CYTO’s GDL technology identifies long peptides that can mimic natural proteins and their corresponding molecular recognition functions. The company has developed GDL-derived peptides to selectively target drugs to tumor cells. ...
