Biosource Technologies, SRI International deal

The companies formed a seven year partnership to use Biosource's Geneware system in the discovery and preclinical development of treatments for cancer, infectious diseases and inflammatory indications. The first group of compounds to be developed include anticancer drugs and broad-spectrum anti-infective peptides against which microbial resistance would be difficult to develop.
