CV Therapeutics, Syntex deal

CV licensed the U.S. and European rights to develop and commercialize ranolazine, an anti-anginal and anti-ischemic agent, from Roche Holding's Syntex (U.S.A.) affiliate for an undisclosed amount of cash and equity.
