ImmuCell, Center for Special Immunology Inc. deal

The companies agreed to develop CryptoGAM, ICCC's hyperimmune bovine immunoglobulin to treat and prevent cryptosporidiosis in AIDS patients. Center for Specialty Immunology operates primary care clinics throughout the U.S. for HIV and AIDS patients.
ICCC will manufacture the clinical trial materials and continue to serve as IND sponsor, while the Center will conduct ongoing trials at its own expense in return for royalties. ICCC owns worldwide manufacturing and marketing rights to the product, which it developed jointly with Univax Biologics Inc. prior to Univax's merger with NABI (NABI - Miami, Fla.). ...
