EchoGen ultrasound contrast agent data

A Phase II study of EchoGen in 14 patients showed that low doses of the agent (0.02, 0.045 or 0.07 cc/kg) produced visually apparent myocardial opacification in 10 of 14 patients (71 percent). The opacification lasted an average of 54 seconds, and the grey scale intensity increased by 77 percent (p=0.001). ...
