Cytogen, CIS bio international, Faulding (Canada) Inc. deal

CYTO signed letters of intent for two distribution deals with CIS and Faulding to market OncoScint CR/OV, CYTO's imaging agent to detect colorectal and ovarian cancers.

CIS (Paris) would exclusively distribute OncoScint CR/OV in Europe and other countries outside of North America, while Faulding (Montreal) will market the product in Canada. The product had been marketed in Europe by EuroCetus under an agreement that terminated at the end of 1994. ...
