Cangene, Organon Teknika deal

CNJ agreed to sell its nucleic acid sequence based amplification (NASBA) technology to Teknika for C$22 million.
If the Toronto company's shareholders approve the deal, Teknika will grant a non-exclusive license for CNJ to use NASBA technology in both food diagnostics and biopharmaceutical research. CNJ also would receive certain rights to any diagnostic discovery resulting from the research program. ...
