Embrex regulatory update

The USDA authorized the manufacture of three production lots of EMBX's immunomodulator containing Avian interleukin-2 to prevent E. coli disease in broiler chickens. Although the approval is necessary to complete the remaining requirements for licensure, EMBX (Research Triangle Park, N.C.) said it will not move forward with clinical field trials until economic issues identified in preclinical work are further understood. ...
