Ostex, Boehringer Mannheim Group musculoskeletal news

Boehringer Mannheim's U.S. unit filed a claim against OSTX for damages in excess of $20 million in response to OSTX's effort to terminate their agreement for OSTX's Osteomark bone loss urine test.

In September, OSTX filed suit in U.S. District Court in Seattle, alleging that the pharma company failed to market the product in accordance with the agreement, and seeking to compel arbitration to terminate the deal (see BioCentury Sept. 5). ...
