Interneuron, Walden Laboratories Inc. deal

IPIC's InterNutria Inc. subsidiary will acquire from Walden a formulated dietary supplement to help manage premenstrual mood and appetite changes experienced by women. IPIC will issue $2.4 million of shares for the product in two tranches, the first in late 1996 and the second in late 1997, at the then prevailing market price.
