QLTIF reacquired worldwide product rights to BPD and assumed sole responsbility for development costs since Jan. 1.

Cyanamid has responsibility for final decisions related to the marketing and sale of Photofrin, except that QLTIF may reacquire rights in nations where it disagrees with the level of marketing effort conducted by Cyanamid.
