QTRN signed a definitive agreement to acquire Innovex, a CRO, for 10 million shares of QTRN common, which closed at $79.75 on Friday. If the deal closes, QTRN also will retire about $60 million of existing Innovex obligations. Innovex posted revenue of $129.1 million in its fiscal year ended March 31. ...
