Mycogen, AC Humko, The Lubrizol Co. deal

MYCO and AC Humko agreed to purchase the oil seed assets and technology rights owned by Lubrizol and its SVO Specialty Products subsidiary, a producer and marketer of specialty seed oil products, for an undisclosed amount. AC Humko, a subsidiary of Associated British Foods, will acquire SVO's high oleic sunflower oil business.
