The British High Court of Justice ordered MURXF's Murex Diagnostics Ltd. subsidiary to pay an interim cash security of £6 million (US$9.1 million) to CHIR and CHIR partner Ortho Diagnostics Systems for infringement of CHIR's U.K. hepatitis C (HCV) patent.
