Two IPOs pulled

Corcept and Protarga withdrew their IPOs, citing market conditions. Corcept (Menlo Park, Calif.), which is in Phase III testing of its C-1073 to treat psychotic major depression, originally filed on Dec. 21 to raise up to $90 million, then refiled on Jan. 28 to sell 4.5 million shares at $14-$16.
