Norwood prices IPO

Norwood Immunology raised L5.8 million ($10.7 million) in an IPO through the sale of 15.4 million shares at 38p, giving it a post-money valuation of L46.1 million ($84.8 million). The company proposed in April to raise $25.5 million and amended the filing earlier this week to raise $10.3 million. Norwood plans to begin trading on London's AIM market on June 30.
