Celtic buys stake in Idea

Celtic (Hamilton, Bermuda) bought a 21.7% stake in Idea (Munich, Germany) for an undisclosed sum. Celtic acquired all the shares held by tbg, a German governmental organization, and a majority of MPM's shares. MPM sold the rest of its shares to undisclosed series D investors. Celtic's John Mayo replaced MPM's Steven St. Peter on Idea's board. ...
