Synta prices IPO

SNTA raised $50 million in an IPO through the sale of 5 million shares at $10, which valued the company at $338.2 million. SNTA had been looking to sell 6 million shares at $14-$16, which, at the midpoint of the proposed price range, would have raised $90 million and valued the company at $491 million.
