Bioheart amends IPO

Bioheart (Sunrise, Fla.) amended its IPO and hopes to sell 3.6 million shares at $14-$16. A $15 price would raise $53.6 million and value the company at $253.6 million. Bioheart originally filed in February to raise up to $35 million. The offering is now being underwritten by Merriman Curhan Ford and Dawson James.
