MolMed proposes IPO

MolMed (Milan, Italy) said it plans to sell up to 26.1 million shares at EUR 2.15-EUR 2.75 in an IPO on the Italian Stock Exchange and a private placement outside the U.S. If sold in full at the midpoint of EUR 2.45, the company would raise EUR 64 million ($93.8 million) and be valued at EUR 256 million ($375 million). Banca IMI and Societe Generale are joint global coordinators. The first day of trading is planned for early March. ...
