Baucus, Conrad introduce comparative effectiveness bill

Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-Mont.) and Senate Budget Committee Chairman Kent Conrad (D-N.D.) introduced legislation on Tuesday that seeks to create a permanent infrastructure for federally funded comparative effectiveness research.
