Spectrum planning offering

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:SPPI) plans to raise $21 million through the sale of 2.9 million units at $7.15 in a registered direct offering. Each unit comprises a share and a 90-day warrant to purchase about 0.5 shares, with each whole warrant exercisable at $7.10. Rodman is placement agent for the shares, which will be sold from an existing shelf registration.
