Chelsea Therapeutics International Ltd. (NASDAQ:CHTP) raised $13.3 million through the sale of 3.3 million shares at $4 in a registered direct offering. The price is a 19% discount to Chelsea's close of $4.92 last Wednesday, the day before the deal was proposed. The shares were sold from an existing shelf registration.
