Map Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:MAPP) proposed late Wednesday to sell 3.5 million shares in a follow-on underwritten by Deutsche Bank and Leerink. If sold at Map's Wednesday close of $10.10, the company would raise $35.4 million. Map was up $0.30 on the day. ...
