D-Pharm raises $22.4 million

D-Pharm Ltd. (TASE:DPRM) said on Monday that it raised NIS85 million ($22.4 million) through an IPO and a rights offering last week. D-Pharm sold 1.7 million shares at NIS16.63 in the IPO for NIS28 million ($7.4 million) and 3.9 million shares at NIS14.75 in the rights offering for NIS57 million ($15 million).
