Anthera amends IPO

Anthera Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Hayward, Calif.) amended its IPO and hopes to sell 4.6 million shares at $13-$15 in the offering. A $14 price would raise $64.5 million and value the company at $242.2 million. In September, Anthera filed to raise up to $70 million. Additionally, Cowen joined Deutsche Bank; Piper Jaffray; and Merriman Curhan Ford as an underwriter on the offering, while Wedbush PacGrow Life Sciences was dropped. ...
